Exchange & Returns
Sometimes, you just need to try on your purchases in the comfort of your own home. If you do need to return your Lark & Berry jewellery or accessories, you have 14 days from the date you received your online order to exchange or return for a refund. Earrings cannot be refunded for hygiene reasons.
Just make sure that your items are returned new, unused and are in the same condition as they were when purchased, complete with intact tags and packaging. Please note, tags that have been removed cannot be returned. Piercing items that come in a sterilised pack must be returned in the same unopened pack. Returns and exchanges that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and be sent back to you.
For items sent internationally (outside the UK), there may be a fee to cover the insurance of the shipment back to us. This will depend on the value of the goods. This fee will only be waived if item is returned for exchange.
Purchases in store will not be refunded, but can be exchanged within 14 days.
