1. Organizer

• The giveaway is organized by Lark and Berry LTD, located at 52a George St.

2. Eligibility

• Open to people in the USA and the UK. (We may only ship within these regions)
• Participants must be 18 years or older at the time of entry.
• Employees of Lark and Berry, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members are not eligible.

3. Entry Period

• The giveaway entry period begins on September 25th and ends on November 30th. The winners will be announced on December 3rd. 

4. How to Enter

• No purchase necessary to enter or win.
• Entries can be made through social media posts, comment submissions, in-store entry forms, and purchases or piercing services before the end date of the giveaway.
• Multiple entries are allowed as per the point system described above.

5. Selection of Winners

• Winners will be selected based on the quality of their stories and total entry points.
• The decision of Lark and Berryis final and binding.

6. Prizes

• Two (2) Advent Calendars, each including a bespoke engagement ring or custom cocktail ring on the final day.
• One prize will be awarded to a person in the USA, and one to a person in the UK.
• Prizes are non-transferable and no cash alternative is available.

7. Winner Notification

• Winners will be notified via email or IG within 1 day of the closing date so make sure we have your email or your IG entry if you have entered the competition.
• Winners must respond within 1 day to claim the prize.
• If a winner does not respond within the stipulated time, an alternative winner may be selected.

8. Publicity

• By entering, participants agree to the use of their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

9. Data Protection

• Personal data collected will be used solely for the purposes of this giveaway and in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

10. General Conditions

• Lark and Berry reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway if any fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond reasonable control impairs the integrity of the giveaway.
• The giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited by law.

11. Limitation of Liability

• By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Lark and Berry from any liability arising from participation or acceptance of the prize.

12. Disputes

• Any disputes will be governed by the laws of ENGLAND AND WALES, and participants consent to the jurisdiction and venue of the courts located in ENGLAND AND WALES.

Fine Piercing Giveaway Terms & Conditions

Welcome to our Fine Piercing Giveaway! Over the next 5 weeks starting March 16, we're giving participants the chance to win a free piercing experience at our store. Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before entering:

1. Eligibility: This giveaway is open exclusively to individuals who are 18 years of age or older and are able to attend our store in person. Unfortunately, we cannot accept entries from international participants or those unable to visit us for their piercing.

2. Piercing Experience: Winners must agree to come into our store to receive their free piercing. Additionally, winners must consent to let us film their piercing experience for use on our social media platforms.

3. Selection of Piercings: Winners will be allowed to choose their piercing from a selection we provide. This selection will be shown to winners when they come in for their appointment.

4. Appointment Coordination: Winners must coordinate their visit to our store in advance. This ensures we can prepare for their arrival and have a videographer present to document the experience.

5. Use of Media: By participating, all entrants grant us the right to use any submitted or created videos, without charge, for the promotion of our brand, the piercing experience, and this giveaway. Entrants also agree to have these videos uploaded to public platforms (such as Instagram or TikTok) for the purpose of viewer voting to determine winners.

6. Claiming the Prize: The winner is required to get in touch with us or respond to our notification within one week of the announcement. Winners must claim their piercing appointment within this timeframe. Failure to do so will result in the forfeiture of the prize, and it will be awarded to the next eligible participant.

7. No Exchange Policy: The piercing prize cannot be exchanged for cash, vouchers, or any other items. All prizes are final and are not eligible for return or refund.

8. Platform Selection for Winners: We may select winners from different platforms, such as Instagram and TikTok, to ensure a wide range of participants.
