• Wrap it around your wrist just above the wrist bone (where a bracelet would sit).
• Mark the spot and measure the length with a ruler.

• For a standard fit, add 0.75 inch (1.9 cm).

• If your wrist measures 6 inches, a 6.5-inch bracelet offers a snug fit, while a 7-inch bracelet is more relaxed.
